We have several rental properties near beautiful downtown Covington, Georgia.  Most of our properties are located on Thompson Avenue, which is just one block away from Floyd Street and walking distance from the downtown historical Square.  We specialize in single family homes and focus on providing for the living needs of small families in our community ranging from young professionals to retired couples.

What can you expect from a house that is owned and operated by Speedway Properties?  First and foremost- security.  Safety is a top priority in regards to our residents, and we do everything within our power to ensure the safety of the surrounding area of our property.  Next, comfort... Our properties have a historical feel and we take pride in making sure that your home is comfortable and convenient for you.  You can expect your lawn maintenance to be fully included in your agreement, and that the property and surrounding area will be well maintained.  Many of our residents stay for several years because of the hospitable and comfortable accommodations that we provide.  Lastly- convenience... Our historical homes are conveniently located within walking distance of the square in downtown, Covington and from Academy Springs park.  With our convenient location, you can walk to get a cup of coffee or to dinner on the square, or enjoy a short and convenient drive to Kroger or Wal-Mart. Our properties are easily accessible, but are off of the main roads so that you aren't burdened with traffic and excessive noise.
